"SLEEP ,EAT,LOVE AND RUN"!!!!!!!!!!




Well Christmas is nearly here ,i am working nearly 50 hours a week and i am running as usual despite the freezing cold weather every morning as early as 4.30 some mornings before i leave for work !
Nothing stops me from running !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so tired yet i will still find the time ,running is my life and i know how important it is for me to keep doing this and how much it helps keep me fit for my challenges and also keeps me positive !
Positive mind ,healthy body !
I know this will prevent my tumour from growing .

    Hi Carole ,
    Well i have had a breast scan a couple of weeks ago and there is no Cancer .
    I don`t have time to worry about my brain tumour but i also know because of my running and my positive attitude to life it will be ok ,just have to wait for the scan .
    Obviously on the day i will be extemely stressed out waiting for the result and i do not like hospitals !!
    I also recently had an eye test and there was no sign of pressure behind my eyes so fingers crossed and thankyou for caring ,have a wonderful Christmas Carole ,love and hugs !XX

    Hi Carole ,

    My only wish for 2011 is that when i go for my head scan ,my tumour hasn`t grown ,i remain hopeful ,just that 7 years is a long time ,so fingers crossed !
